Privacy Policy
SuperiorCVs values its customer’s privacy and takes this responsibility very seriously. We will use information which is provided to us by you for the purpose of fulfilling your order with us. We may retain this information with your prior consent, for purposes of providing further services and updates for you at a later date.
Our web site may contain links to a number of independent sites but please be aware that this privacy policy does not extend to any collection of information by those sites. SuperiorCVs cannot take any responsibility for transactions or communications you may have with these sites and any links that may appear on our site are provided for your information only.
By placing an order (verbally, online or written) with SuperiorCVs, you are agreeing to our 'terms and conditions' as set out below.
SuperiorCVs reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice, and your continued use of our services following any change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check our Terms and Conditions regularly for changes. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms and Conditions, you must not continue using our services.
We are unable to enter into a contract until full payment has been sent from you and accepted by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we reserve the right to withdraw / cancel services at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for refusing to accept your order or withdrawing / canceling services. In the event of you withdrawing / canceling services, we reserve the right to retain partial payment for services already provided.
We agree to provide our services based upon information supplied to us by you either verbally or via correspondence and we cannot accept responsibility for any false or inaccurate information supplied.
We operate on a first come, first served basis (also applicable if we receive multiple express orders) but you should typically expect a draft within 3 - 5 working days of ordering (earlier when possible).
We
agree to amend your draft CV until you are totally satisfied with
it, without further charge - providing we are in continuous
correspondence with you from the date of 1st draft sent and that the amendments required correspond directly with the initial requirements / instructions. After we receive approval by you of your draft CV (either verbally or in writing) and you ask us to print and dispatch your final documents, your order will be deemed fulfilled and therefore, closed. Further amendments will incur relevant charges after this time.
Please note: charges will be incurred if a change of target vacancy is requested by you at draft stage.
If we have not received instructions / correspondence (either verbally or in writing) from you within a 2 week period from either the order date or the date the 1st draft is sent to you, we will assume you no longer wish to continue with your order. We will therefore deem your order closed and no further action will be taken by SuperiorCVs and you will lose your fee.
SuperiorCvs cannot accept liability for loss or damage to any original documents in our possession therefore, we recommend that you only send us copies.
Our agreement will be governed by Jersey Law.
